For two days, the lawyers of the highest level will discuss, in particular, the following matters: improvement of justice constitutional regulation; reality and prospects of the judicial precedent introduction in Ukraine; ways and mechanisms of reformation of the procedural law; special mechanisms of criminal liability; tax disputes, disputes arising out of legally binding relations, “intellectual” disputes and bankruptcy cases.
