Addressing the audience at the Head of the Council of Judges of Ukraine Valentina Simonenko stressed that is extremely important to understand the enforcement with international standards of construction and operation of the judicial system and standards of judicial independence, since it is the independence of the judiciary that determined in all modern political and legal concepts as the fundamental principles of a democratic state. She also noted that internationally the independence of judges considered along with the principles of judicial independence.
